CINDY SAMUELS, LACP

Managing Agent

Cindy has been an agent and Las Vegas resident since 2005. Taking over her father, Hank Lind's, agency in 2015. Cindy is a proud member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where she is a past State and Local President, as well as the Nevada Association of Health Underwriters. She has earned numerous industry awards and is a current member of the Million Dollar Round Table and Leading Producers Round Table, making her one of the elite agents in the country. Cindy has two adult daughters and has been married to her husband, Dave, for more than 20 years. She is also a busy zoo-keeper as well, with a Great Dane, terrier mix and 3 cats.

DONNA BOZEMAN-EDSTROM

Office Manager

Donna has been with Insurance Concepts since 2008. She is our front line manager, handling client services. She has been a skilled, licensed agent for many years and the key to keeping our ship running. Donna is a mom to an adult daughter, Jade and dog mom to two little dogs- Jazmin and Suki.

Nova is just getting started in the business. As the owner's daughter, she gets to handle the important matters- making coffee and copies! Keep an ear out for her as you give us a call and help us give her a warm welcome to the business. When she is not at the office, Nova can be found starting her freshman year at UNLV, majoring in secondary education.
